Level 1-2 - Intermediate

This course contains all kite theory, safety and flying skills that lay the foundation for a safe ride on the water

The following is included: kite equipment including shoes and harness
You need to bring the following for this: suncream, towel, sunglasses
Course objective: wind mechanisms, set up of the equipment, maintain correct kite position in the wind window, water re-launch, safety requirements and kite power mnagement, down and upwind bodydragging, self-rescue, water start theory and power stroke for a water start

Description of the learning contents: Students will learn the safety requirements including self-rescue. They also learn to gain power and body drag with control both down and upwind. This course lays the foundation for a safe ride on the water.
