Accomodation description: A beautiful, clean, comfortable villa at the beach. Our casa is just steps away from one of the best beaches of Havana, a small half moon cove, with shallow crystal clear water. This is a perfect place for anyone looking to soak in the beach life, kiter, surfers, couples, friends and family. Base of Cuba Kite & Surf School. The space We have a very big patio where you can enjoy breakfast or evening drinks rocking. The main building is our home, and your room is located right next door, however completely independent. You will have your own bathroom and bedroom. There is another bedroom available for up to two guests in case you are travelling in a group.The Bnb villa's are located a few steps on the beach, on the kite spot. Imagine waking up, hearing the sound of the ocean and look the wind comb the palms, having a cup of coffee, fresh juice and energy breakfast and have a short walk to watch the conditions of the day?

Terms & Conditions of the Service Provider: Accommodations 1. CKV may refuse to admit a Guest, who is under the influence of alcohol or other drugs or in discordance with regulations. In such case, CKV reserves the right to fully or partially keep the fee for the stay. 2. Smoking is completely prohibited inside the villas. 3. The use of drugs is utterly prohibited on CKV premises. 4. Guests are fully liable for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical equipment caused by their fault. Guest should inform CKV about the damage immediately after it has been discovered. 5. CKV is not responsible for valuables or personal belongings left in the rooms and common areas. 6. CKV shall not be liable for any failures/shortages not caused by its fault (power, water shortages etc.) 7. Shared rooms are of a co-educational nature. Each bed in these rooms is intended for one person. 8. CKV may refuse to admit a Guest, who is under the influence of alcohol or other drugs or in discordance with regulations. In such case, CKV reserves the right to fully or partially keep the fee for the stay. 9. Friends of the guests may visit for a fee per day but if they wish to spend the night they must obtain permission from CKV, make a payment and registration. Lending of rooms to non checked-in persons shall be forbidden. 10. A booking is confirmed with making payment of the deposit (30% of total). Payments must be made to the account number provided to you. Failure to pay or send confirmation of the transfer within a period specified by the person receiving a particular reservation shall result in its cancellation. The down payment shall be made refundable if canceled within 30 days prior to arrival. 11. The Guest is required to pay for his complete stay, prior to check – in, Once payment is made, no refund can be made for a shortened stay. 12. The participant is responsible for his or her own kite material. For example in case of lost material in the water or forgotten material on the beach. The participant is responsible to put his or her equipment in the provided storage at night. The participant is also personally responsible for ensuring his or her kite surfing equipment is functioning properly.To ensure quality and efficiency we follow a policy regarding lessons, bookings and payments. This policy helps us to make most of the windy days and therefore to get you up and riding before you know it: 1. Lessons are given in winds from 12 to 35 knots. The instructor is to decide if conditons are suitable.2. Beginners must engage in a lesson of minimum 2 hours.3. All students have to wear helmets during all times they are flying kites. 4.Confirmed bookings that can‘t be attended have to be canceled at least one day before the arranged session. A 50% fee will be applied for classes canceled with less then 24 hrs notice (no wind, no charge).5.7. Please arrive at the meeting point 10 min prior to the arranged time. We reserve the right consider the lesson as running, even if unattended. RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER FORM OF LEGAL RIGHTS AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK In consideration for the renting and/or purchasing of kiteboarding equipment, and/or utilizing the facilities, ground school, kiteboard- ing instruction, premises, and equipment of KITE PROGRESS TARIFA I hereby acknowledge and agree that: 1. The participation of kiteboarding can result in mishap and even injury and I hereby RELEASE AND DISCHARGE KITE PROGRESS TARIFA and their officers, directors, elected officials, agents, employees, instructors, and owners of equipment and the land used for kiteboarding activities (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Released Parties”), from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that I may hereafter have for injuries, disability, death, or damages arising out of my participation in kiteboarding activities, including, but not limited to, losses caused by the negligence of the released parties. 2. I understand and acknowledge that kiteboarding activities have inherent dangers that no amount of care, caution, instruction, or expertise can totally eliminate. I EXPRESSLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISK OF PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH SUSTAINED WHILE PAR-TICIPATING IN KITEBOARDING ACTIVITIES WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES and I further agree that I will not sue or make a claim against the Released Parties for damages or other losses sustained as a result of my participation in kite-boarding activities. I also agree to indemnify and hold the released parties harmless from all claims, judgments, and costs, including attorneys’ fees, incurred in connection with any action brought as a result of my participation in kiteboarding activities. 3. I agree that I will operate the said kiteboarding equipment in a reasonable and safe manner so as not to endanger the lives of persons or property of any individual. 4. I have read and understand the above and acknowledge that the same constitutes a release of liability and a waiver of my legal rights and also acknowledgment of the assumption by me of all risks arising out of my engaging in kiteboarding activities. 5. I further represent that this release of liability, waiver of legal rights and assumption of risk shall continue in full force and effect for so long as I engage in kiteboarding activities which are in any way connected to or with the Released Parties. 6. I further represent that I am at least 18 years of age or that as the parent or legal guardian I waive and release any and all legal rights that may accrue to me or to my minor child as the result of any injury that my son or daughter (minor) may suffer while engaging in kiteboarding activities. 7. KITE PROGRESS TARIFA is allowed to use my pictures for promotional purposes I AM A CONFIDENT SWIMMER, AND NOT AFRAID OF WATER. I HAVE NO SERIOUS HEALTH CONDITIONS (E.G.
